Revocation Service and HelpDesk
The Population Register Centre publishes a revocation list in conjunction with its certificate directory service. The revocation list includes certificates that have been cancelled due to being lost.
If a smart card is lost or becomes unnecessary, the certificates on the card must be immediately reported to the revocation service to prevent misuse. The revocation service is available 24/7 at the following numbers:
- Calls from Finland 0800 162 622 (free of charge)
- Calls from abroad +358 800 162 622 (+ local operator’s charge)
The help service provides support for the most common issues with the use and commissioning of certificates, such as using and changing PIN codes and releasing locked PIN codes.
When you need assistance, please call the number below, which will transfer the call to Public Service Info, or submit your question online.
- Tel. +358 600 9 6160 (local network charge/mobile phone charge)
Telephone service Monday–Friday at 8 am–9 pm and Saturdays at 9 am–3 pm. Closed on Sundays and midweek holidays. Service in Finnish and Swedish.
